Hello to Our Group and Huan

This is my first post for 2014 ISYS1166.  
I'm very happy to meet Nouf, Kate, Lisette and Luisa and also excited about having such a great group.

 I've spent a little while today setting up my Blog and playing around with some of the different features, especially those which I would like to include from the 'Gadgets' selection.

 This is only the start, so I'm probably going to change some of them further up the track and I know that I'm going to add more as I learn more, or when I have the need to add them.  

 So, I know that I'll be sharing URL links and I'll add a 'Link List' feature when this happens.  I will also add 'RSS Feeds' which apply to specific subjects which we learn about.  When I have the time I'm going to play around with 'Images' and 'Slideshows' just because it looks like a good time waster, he hee.  

 The Gadgets which I have added and hope to use and fine tune are 'Pages', 'Total Page Views', 'Popular Posts', 'Blog Archive' and 'Follow by Email'.  I'm going to ask about the 'HTML/Javascript' feature so that I can use it to my advantage properly.  

 I tried adding 'Google Plus' which meant that I had to join up, however I the process tells me that it will delete my Blogger Profile and use it as a very public Google Plus profile, so I'm not doing that until I ask you if it's a good idea or not Huan.

 I have a few Blogs which I follow so I'm going to create a space to share those too.  When I start to create a few different pages I'm going to need to decide whether to use either or both a Navigation Bar and or a Search Box.

 This is my first post and one of many I presume.  Hi everyone!

      Thanks Lisette, I'm going in to look at your blog over the weekend and glad they we do have such a great group. The Google Drive will also help us to sort out any problems and support each other too. See you on Tuesday and have a great long weekend, cheers, Susanne

    I've had a good first visit to your blog Susanne! I've been playing around with some of the Gadgets options as well. It's great to hear how you plan to use the different types of features in the future. Looking forward to seeing how your blog develops :)

      Hi Kate, I'm glad that you're playing with the Gadgets too because we can keep experimenting with them when we get different tasks and then share in our group and ask Huan for help. Have a nice break and see you on Tuesday, regards, Susanne

    Does your dog really eat carrots and watermelons?!
    You have a very 'bright' blog and very much seem like you know what you are doing. Good luck with your goals.

      Hi Luisa, Yes my dogs love their daily carrot sticks, they also clean their teeth. Better than bones for sure. The watermelon is their second favourite treat and they love it cold on a hot day, just like us humans do :)
